Starting at Jefferson Barracks many years ago, Linda saw the need in the military community.  As Director of the Pantry, she is the driving force for our volunteers to help our military community.    

With an average 140 boxes per month with a total weight of 8,400 pounds of non-perishable goods each month, the need is real and growing.  A year ago, we averaged 100 boxes per month or 6,000 pounds.

With an annual average of 1680 boxes each year, Forces For Food supplements the nourishment of our veterans and active military families .   A donation of $60 helps us create a box  for one month for one family.

Corporate food drives really help sustain the pantry for longer durations.  If your organization considers hosting a food drive for our veterans and active military  families, you could help build up reserves on our pantry shelves.

Serving our veteran and active military family for over 17 years.  With the average box holding 60 lbs of canned and non-perishable items raised by donations from our business and local community we are honored to serve our community of Veterans and active military families.

With boxes distributed on the 3rd Saturday of every month the line starts early hours prior to the pantry being open for distribution.
